Core Values

“Your values create your internal compass that can navigate how you make decisions in your life. If you compromise your core values, you go nowhere.”
― Roy T. Bennett

We at JOS Accountants believe that core values are perhaps the most important aspect a business can have.  When protecting both our staff and our clients.

The values in place are taken very seriously by all members of staff and are acknowledgements of rules to ensure our workspace is safe

not just for us but for everyone involved in the business.

Anywhere and everywhere you look our society was built on a foundation of rules placed centuries ago if one of those foundations are broken the whole system becomes corrupted and could easily fall.

This is the same way we at JOS Accountants believe in our core values. We are like cogs in a machine take one of them out and the whole system stops functioning.

Treat everyone
equally

When it comes to accounting it should be easy, painless and stress-free no one should feel any type of discrimination.

No matter the skin colour, background, race, and or religion everyone should be treated the exact same way with honesty, clarity, respect and above all just like a human being,

we do not want anyone to feel like there is any type of exclusion to the world of accounting everyone deserves the same opportunity. No matter how big or small your business occupation might be.

You should have the chance to be successful at leading a well-diversified business.

Objectivity is the concept that the financial statements of an organization be based on solid evidence. The intent behind this principle is to keep the management team and the accounting department of an entity from producing financial statements that are slanted by their opinions and biases.

Acting with integrity means understanding, accepting, and choosing to live in accordance with one's principles, which will include honesty, fairness, and decency.
